Guerdon is a Web3 decentralized advertising and content delivery network (CDN) designed to remove middlemen, cut costs, and give real control to businesses and creators.
We are looking for a technical Co-Founder/CTO to join at the ground level and lead the technical development of our MVP and token infrastructure on Solana.
This is a sweat equity position initially, with future salary and token allocation secured post-funding (private and public sales). If you’re passionate about Web3, decentralized infrastructure, and want to build a product that can reshape digital advertising and hosting, this is for you.
What We’re Building
Guerdon is building a fully decentralized platform that delivers:
- A decentralized ad network where advertisers and publishers connect directly, with on-chain verified engagement.
- A blockchain-powered CDN that makes hosting and content delivery cheaper, censorship-resistant, and more secure.
- A utility token (GUERD) powering transactions, ad campaigns, and rewarding bandwidth-sharing node operators.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical leadership and entrepreneurial mindset—you will drive development of our MVP and oversee tech strategy.
- Experience building on Solana or similar blockchains (Rust/Solana SDK)—smart contracts, token creation, and potentially staking/vesting mechanisms.
- Ability to architect, develop, and oversee the MVP, including:
- Solana-based token & smart contracts (SPL tokens)
- Decentralized ad network MVP (basic ad serving & reporting)
- Foundation for decentralized CDN functionality (phase 1)
- Web3/DeFi experience highly valued, especially understanding decentralized systems, CDNs, and ad networks.
- Comfortable working hands-on in early stages—with a vision to grow the tech team post-funding.
- Collaborative and open communicator, able to work closely with the CEO and future team.
Co-Founder Package
- Co-Founder Token allocation (GUERD)—details to be agreed based on final structure.
- Salary becomes active post-funding (targeting $500k raise for MVP expansion and liquidity). Negotiable.
- Full creative and technical ownership of platform architecture and tech strategy.
