Role Description
As a Co-Founder, you will establish and expand our platform within your designated location or vertical. Your primary focus will be engaging with business professionals, promoting the platform to businesses seeking suppliers, and recruiting high-quality experts to meet market demand. This role demands a hands-on leader capable of driving growth, building strong relationships, and adapting the business strategy based on market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Recruitment: Identify and onboard new members to the platform, ensuring they meet our standards.
- Market Awareness: Generate awareness among potential users through targeted outreach and local engagement.
- Event Hosting: Organise and lead monthly face-to-face networking events to foster community engagement and facilitate connections.
- Account Management: Manage relationships with platform members, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their needs.
- Content Creation: Develop and share social media content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and visibility.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture key partnerships and networks within the industry to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Strategy Adaptation: Continuously refine and adapt the business strategy based on market feedback, performance metrics, and emerging trends.

- Proven experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities, with the ability to build relationships and secure partnerships.

Year 3 - £87k Net Profit for the Co-founder & 75% Equity
Year 4 - £111k Net Profit for the Co-founder & 100% Equity
Year 5+ - £125k Annual Net Profit & 100% ownership of the location/vertical
