Using cutting-edge data and AI, SignalsAPI identifies businesses in need of recruitment services right now, empowering agencies to engage at the perfect moment.

With initial paying customers onboard, we're primed for rapid growth, and we’re looking for a driven leader to take us there.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead our go-to-market strategy, drive customer acquisition, and scale our platform's reach. You’ll be hands-on, autonomous, and able to work independently for the first few months as you build and refine strategies that deliver measurable results.



Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Spearhead the acquisition of new customers and significantly grow our market presence in the first 3 months.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement GTM strategies targeting staffing & recruiting agencies.
  • Sales & Business Development: Lead from the front—drive customer acquisition through social media, cold outreach, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Test & Scale: Continuously test and refine strategies, scaling what works, and pivoting quickly where needed.
  • Leverage Tools: Utilize our SignalsAPI platform and Hubspot to engage prospects effectively and convert them into paying customers.

  • Industry Experience: Knowledge of the staffing & recruiting sector is essential for connecting with our target audience.

  • Established Network: A network of contacts within staffing agencies that you can leverage from day one will be a strong asset.
